I didn't get the sign-in email

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the address is spelled right. You can ask for a new link from the sign-in screen.

How do I join my family's group?

Ask someone in the group to send you an invite link from the group settings. Open it on your iPhone and follow the steps. Links last 14 days.

Why can't I see anyone's answers?

Answers unlock once you post your own for the day. That's what keeps everyone sharing.

How do I report a post or block someone?

Press and hold the post, then choose Report or Block. We review every report.

How do I manage my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Eccoci.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings, then your profile, then Delete account. Or email us from the address you signed up with and we'll do it for you.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings, then your profile, then Language. Eccoci speaks Italian and English.
